Meredith Viera and Star Jones both left The View earlier this year. Viera left for The Today Show while Jones just left. But who comes into replace them? Rosie O'Donnell! I've loved Rosie ever since the days of her own talk show, The Rosie O'Donnell Show. Seeing her back on day time television is great, and even though a lot of people speculated whether she would fit in with The View, I think she's doing great. There is a lot more laughter and fun on the show now, compared to before. When The View first came on, and up until Rosie came, I found it was sometimes boring with only discussing certain topics and not taking risks. But today, risks were taken (w/ the Tom Cruise & Vanity Fair deal, and Survivor). I think this will be a great year for The View.
